Wedding Ceremonies

The green in my branding has many representations, but for wedding ceremonies it can represent the beginning of new things, love and compassion and the ability to love and be loved; all of which bring heart to a ceremony that is all of these and much, much more.

Where can I have my ceremony?

Your wedding ceremony can be held anywhere your heart desires. In your garden with fairy lights strung between trees. On a windswept Yorkshire hillside. In a barn with hay bales and dancing. At a stately home and your own home. Even skydiving, if that's your thing. If you can dream it, I will try it.

It is about you and your partner, it's an opportunity to share your story, your way; to incorporate what you hold dear. Your ceremony should have fun, laughter, love, positivity, enthusiasm and heart at the centre.

A ceremony that reflects who you are, your values and shows your growth and transformation as a couple.

Your ceremony does not have to fit into 'a mould', be 'cookie cutter' - it can be joyful, wonderous and 'just you'. A ceremony, that you and your guests will celebrate and that will be remembered for the right reasons

You want handfasting? Ring warming? A surprise flash mob? Your dog as ring bearer? Let's make it happen. This is your day, we can celebrate your love story in any way that reflects who you are as a couple and your journey to now and your future journey.

Currently, as an independent celebrant in England, I can't perform legally binding ceremonies (though there is a public consultation in 2026 for marriage reform). You'll need to pop into your local register office for the legal bit first, it's quick and simple. Then we create the ceremony of your dreams.

Funeral & Celebration of Life Ceremonies

At this difficult and vulnerable time, I have the skills to hold a space for grief.  I know what it's like to attend a funeral and not recognise the person being celebrated and am determined that will never happen with the ceremonies I create.

Whether you're working with a funeral director or arranging everything independently, I'll meet you wherever feels comfortable. Your home, a favourite café, a park bench. We'll talk about the person you've lost until I can picture them clearly. Their laugh, their peculiarities, what made them irreplaceable.

A heartfelt ceremony will then be created.  A ceremony that captures their essence so completely that everyone who attends will say, "That was them."

The green contained within my branding represents the cycle of life and death, with this it can offer a sense of rebirth and hope and over time, provide comfort

Naming Ceremonies

Are you welcoming a new baby? Celebrating an adoption? Creating a blended family ceremony? Affirming a chosen name after transition?

Naming ceremonies are about more than just choosing a name. They're about gathering your people, stating your values, and creating a foundation of love and support around a child (or adult embracing their authentic identity). Meaningful rituals  may include (but not restricted to) planting seeds/trees, handprints/footprints on canvas, stones in a jar. Whatever speaks to you and represents the commitments being made, can be woven into a ceremony that reflects you and those closest to you.

The green in my branding represent renewal & rebirth, hope and the beginning of new things.
